Quiet Strength:
A Childfree Woman’s Group
Participation Agreement
Dear Participant,
Welcome to Quiet Strength: A Childfree Woman’s Group. I’m honored you’ve chosen to be here. This agreement is simply to ensure we share the same understanding about how the group works, what you can expect, and what I’ll ask of you in return. My hope is that it creates a sense of clarity and safety for all of us.
What This Group Is
This is a supportive space for childfree women who want to connect more deeply with themselves and with each other. I’ll bring in tools and practices from my experience as a coach and therapist, but this group itself is not therapy and not a medical or crisis service.
Who This Group Is For
This group is for women who are childfree by choice and do not plan to have children in the future. Trans women and woman-aligned nonbinary participants are welcome. This space is not open to parents or those considering parenthood.
How It Works
10 sessions of 75 minutes each
Dates: October 15 – December 17, 2025
Format: Virtual via Secure Online Link
Recordings: Sessions are not recorded for replay. (
I use a secure AI transcript scribe for my own professional growth, but these are never shared.
Your Commitment
Show up on time and plan to stay for the full session.
If you’re running late, let me know. After 20 minutes, you may not be admitted unless we’ve spoken in advance.
Be present and participate — listening is as valuable as speaking.
Missing more than one session is not allowed except for emergencies. If something major happens in the first three weeks, we can talk about moving you into a future group.
Payment
Your payment confirms your place and agreement to this document. There are no refunds once you’ve registered.
Confidentiality
What’s shared here stays here. I ask each participant to protect the privacy of others.
No video or audio recording, screenshots, or photos of yourself or any group member are allowed without the full group’s consent.
I’ll treat what you share as confidential, but I am a mandated reporter. This means if there’s risk of harm to yourself, to others, or if I learn of abuse/neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult, I must report it.
What I’m Offering
A guided, supportive group experience.
Structure, tools, and questions to help you reflect and connect.
Respect for your confidentiality and your process.
What I’m Not Offering
Therapy or medical care.
Crisis intervention.
Guaranteed outcomes.
You are responsible for your own well-being and may need additional support outside of this group.
If I Need to Cancel
If I ever have to cancel a session, we’ll simply add another week so you still receive all 10.
Agreement
By signing up for the group, you’re saying you understand how the group works and you’re willing to honor these agreements for yourself and for others.
I’m grateful you’re here and can’t wait to begin.
Warmly,
Maggie Dickens
